Tears of a Deity is a metal rock band with an entirely unique sound with hints of inspiration from some of the many greats in Heavy Metal Rock and Roll history. American heavy metal guitarist Dime Bag Darrell inspired much of the guitar work, while elements of Johnny Cash, Metallica and Black Label Society can be felt throughout the Tears of a Deity sound as well. Founder, front man and lead guitarist Terry Coad, bassist Troy Robertson and drummer John Surette are the perfect musical compliment to each-other. The camaraderie, dedication and passion to deliver quality sound and a stellar performance is felt when this Canadian Rock and Roll trio step on stage.
